The Corporate Writer will work closely with several departments to research and produce content, under tight guidelines for the Publications Department.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Research and write articles submitted by assigned departments and identify relevant topics that require clarification.
Work closely with others within the Barrington Tea Express system to gather and clarify information and produce informative, concise, accurate and meaningful articles with compelling headlines and enticing copy to be shared with the wider Barrington Tea Express family through various communications channels.
Provide input and contribute to the effectiveness of company communication activities, including content development and technical aspects of e-publishing

The successful candidate will have:
Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism or related field.
1 -3 years experience in related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Working knowledge of Web 2.0 a plus.
Experience necessary for effective job performance:
Strong writing and proofreading skills essential.
Ability to work within a team environment.
Must have the ability to aggressively pursue information needed to produce effective content that supports company goals.
